We're working on a more succinct statement of what we believe as a church. Until then, please refer to the confessional documents adopted by the Presbyterian Church (USA) in our Book of Confessions. Here is an unofficial web-based version.

We celebrate the diversity of all God's people at our church. People who attend our church come from all types of different experiences and church backgrounds. Others come with no church or religious background at all. It doesn't matter what your background is, you are welcome at Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Now It’s Official…

For some time now, you’ve probably been hearing people at Trinity talking about who we are as a church and what we believe God is calling us to do.

Trinity’s Session (our leadership board) has been talking and praying about these critical questions in recognition that we, as a growing, transforming church, are now entering a visioning process – a process through which our church, with God’s help and guidance, will collectively develop, adopt, and live out a
clear sense of our purpose and mission.

Four Stained Glass Windows designed and executed by Betty Fairbairn (Turner, Vogel) Sokolich.

During the 1970's Boyd Stockdale, a creative minister, had a dream to enhance the sanctuary of the church with stained glass windows. He contacted an artist in the congregation about the possibility of designing and executing one or two windows. Betty Fairbain (at the time Vogel) was an exhibiting artist of a multitude of media who exhibited in many regional exhibitions including the California State Fair, Crocker Art Museum, etc. Stained glass work was a new medium for Betty but she was willing to learn the technique. The Session of Trinity paid for her to attend a class at the University of California, Davis to learn the craft.
